Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or exchange of size. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover shipping fees for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as limited edition items. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If your item does not fit then we can exchange it for a different size. Miss Tallulah Belle items are made to order, so the same time scales apply to the new item. Once we receive the return please allow another 5-7 days for us to make and dispatch your item.

Refunds
All sales are final and we do not allow for refunds. You have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel. If you return your item and do not want to exchange, then store credit will be issued instead. This will be in the form of a discount voucher for the original price of the item returned.
